Preventic Tick Collar for Dogs, brought to you by Virbac, kills and detaches ticks within the first 24 hours of applying, preventing new ticks from attaching and feeding within the first 48 hours.

Preventic Tick Collar is a non-prescription, water-resistant parasitic preventative for canines of almost any size.

This product offers over 97% effectiveness against ticks and lasts up to 3 months.

Preventic Tick Collar does not kill or control flea populations.


To apply Virbac's Preventic Tick Collar:

1. Apply collar around your dog's neck, ensuring that it makes contact with the skin.

2. Adjust for the proper fit (2 fingers fit under the collar). Check occasionally, make sure the collar doesn't loosen.

3. After applying the collar, make sure to trim off the excess collar. Wrap excess in newspaper and dispose of properly.

*Note: The effectiveness of the collar is not diminished by normal wetting such as rainfall; however, it is suggested that the collar be removed before bathing.

Remove before bathing, and reapply when the pet is completely dry. Effectiveness of collar will resume within 24 hours.


Available in 2 sizes, intended to fit dogs of almost any size:
-18" Collar for dogs up to 60 lbs
-25" Collar for dogs over 60 lbs

This tick collar is safe for use on dogs 12 weeks of age or older.


WARNING:

*Use rubber gloves when putting on collar. Make sure that the collar contacts your dog's skin upon application.
